Tie Breaker Of Hatteras Motor Sold

The motor yacht Tie Breaker which is 33.53 meters long has been sold by Fraser in an in-house deal, with Trevor Carroll who represented both the seller and the buyer.


The yacht features the naval architect and was customized for its owner. The yacht was delivered in 1997 by the Hatteras the American yard. It was designed by naval architecture by Jack Hargrave. The yacht got its present name in the year 2007, previously it was known with the name Waterford. IN 2007, it underwent a thorough refit.

The interior design of the yacht was the efforts of Thomas Achille the Los Angeles based designer. The yacht features a full beam saloon stylishly crafted and the end of high gloss maple wood, whereas the furnishings of the yacht are Biedermeier style, homely feeling and creating a classic.

Tiebreaker gives the comfortable accommodation to nine guests in its four spacious cabins. Master suite of the yacht’s full beam and it has a bed of king size including hers and his and en suite bathrooms. Two similar staterooms are present in the port with beds of queen size, along with a twin berth cabin. All guest rooms in Breaker have en-suite facilities of the bathroom. There is accommodation available for crew members as well. The yacht has the five crew members’ accommodation on board.

Coming to the exterior deck spaces of the yacht, then it is too in an impressive condition. The yacht has ample space for socializing and relaxing in the sun with a number of seating areas and a Jacuzzi on sundeck.

It is powered by twin engines; Caterpillar 3508B offers the maximum speed of 20 knots. There is a stabilizers present in the yacht which adds more comfort for the captain and the skipper.
